Fox Meadow Capital is designed to provide capital for growth and maximum flexibility to business owners in the commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning and services industry. The firm has flexible capital, allowing us to both work with owners who want to continue to run their business after a transaction in addition to those who want to transition away from day-to-day operations or retire. Following a transaction, we provide strategic capital, backoffice resources and operational expertise to support companies as they grow and achieve their full potential. FMC's vision is to create a scaled platform of commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning businesses throughout the United States.
Investment Structure
While we are flexible in structuring, in most of our acquisitions, we seek a majority ownership interest with the seller retaining a minority interest. This allows for a true partnership based on an alignment of goals and incentives. The minority partner is often the current owner who retains some ownership with a built-in exit strategy that allows them to monetize ownership over time.
How We Work
We allow regional operators to focus on serving their customers. We work closely with owners and backoffice staff to create a strong infrastructure and culture to manage all non-client facing functions and support future growth. We draw on our own commercial expertise, along with a network of other experts and resources, to help our businesses grow.
